Overview
We offer affordable, fair-chase, whitetail deer and spring and fall
turkey hunting trips in the Southern Tier of New York State. Our operation
is geared towards small groups of 1 to 4 people. We encourage our clients
to include their children so that they too may have a wonderful outdoor
experience. Special rates apply to children under 16 and non-hunting
spouses and significant others.
For whitetail deer hunting numerous hunting stand locations have been
set including tree and portable ground blinds. We specialize in archery
and muzzleloader hunts. For safety reasons, we exclusively use ladder
stands, most of which are doublewide “Buddy” stands
that are wrapped in camo. We continually scout for the best locations to see
trophy animals and are situated in the heart of Steuben County in Western, NY
(which perennially leads the state in total deer and turkey take). Black bear
are relatively abundant here and there can be opportunities even though we cannot
set bait or use hounds. New for 2008 - Rifles are now allowed in our area.
We also provide guided hunting opportunities for waterfowl, varmints
(woodchuck, crow and coyote), as well as small game (grouse, woodcock,
rabbit and squirrel). We
are now offering upland game bird hunts for pheasant, chuckar and quail on our newly
licensed shooting preserve. Hunting licenses are not required for the preserve
hunts. Package deals are available.
Guided river canoe fishing trips are available for walleye, chain pickerel
and bass in Steuben County. Half and full-day charters on the Upper Niagara
River and Lake Erie are also available aboard our 24' boat for scenic
tours, dinner cruises, customized charters and fishing charters for walleye,
bass and muskys.
